It’s getting to be that time again and we have a great year planned with some exciting new events for our band students. Of course, we’ll continue to play for the Kane County Cougars games, but we’ve added two new events that we think our students will love. We will be playing a half hour set of music before a Chicago Wolves hockey game at the Allstate Arena and we will have our students play for an adjudication in conjunction with an event called “Trills and Thrills” at Great America.

In addition to our new events, we’ve totally revamped our website, www.bandfortoday.com, with loads of educational articles, how-to videos, and a calendar with concert and event information for parents to access.

We hope everyone had a great summer and we look forward to a fun and musical year!
